This document is a summary of the data obtained in the mining activities of Ouro Verde, a gold mine located in the southwest (SW) portion of Pará, a state located in the north region of Brazil.

This report describes the results of the prospecting and exploration works for gold ore developed inside an area of 9899.95 hectares, situated in a place called Garimpo (Artisanal Mine) Carrapato, city Santa Maria, state of Pará, Brazil.

The Golden Tocantins Project focuses the exploration of world class gold deposits hosted in Archean greenstone-belts located in the southeast of Tocantins State, Brazil.

The project has a Measured Reserve equal to 3.646 tons (9,15 ppm), Indicated Reserve equal to 8.513 tons (7,50 to 9,51 ppm), and Inferred Reserve with up to 51.145 tons.

The Mine of the Crystals is located in the metropolitan area of Belo Horizonte, in the municipality of Sabara.This is an area of high potential gold, inlaid in the Iron Quadrangle in Minas Gerais.

The project is located in the state of Amazônia, in the north of Brazil. It has been done a lot of works to model the mineralized body.

The rich Tapajós region holds large gold deposits worked for decades by mines. The application of modern mining techniques allow the use of a large amount of ore from underground mining generating maximize the recovery of such resources, creating jobs and fostering the development of the region.

The gold deposit of Ouro Goiás Project is known since the 18th century, having been discovered and exploited by the “Bandeirantes” already in that time.

The research plan is already made and the potential of the deposit is incontestable.
